Lea has ten years of experience leading teams in developing university admissions systems, student support programs and global learning ecosystems in international higher education.

She researches international career guidance, global education, and diversity management with focus on international students and emerging study destinations. She is passionate about teaching business communications, business sustainability, and human resource management.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and German Literature from Whitman College, USA and a Master’s Degree in Global Studies from Leipzig University, Germany.

Lea is a mother of two cross-cultural kids, she loves building Lego, and spending time in nature.
