Accelerating University Growth with Skilled Human Resources and Advanced Technology
Tangerang, 2 August – In the latest benchmarking study that took place in our campus in Alam Sutera Campus, ten leaders from ten esteemed Indonesian higher education institutions had the chance to explore collaborative opportunities with the focus on exchanging best practices on strategic areas such as research to community development.

“Technology and human resources play a crucial role in higher education institutions. Aligning human resource strategies with technological advancements is essential for accelerating university growth and improving operational efficiency and academic quality,” stated Dr. Nelly, S.Kom., M.M., CSA., Rector of BINUS University, during the opening remarks.

This initiative provided a platform for collaborative learning and knowledge sharing among representatives. It demonstrates the university’s dedication to working with domestic partners to create impactful synergies that align with our vision of fostering and empowering society and contributing to the nation’s development.

“This benchmarking study has provided us with crucial insights that will significantly support our transition towards becoming Universitas Ekuitas. Our subject experts, such as Dr. Nurlina, S.Kom., M.,M., CDMS., Research & Technology Transfer Senior Manager, and Retno Dewanti, S.S., M.M., Ph.D., Community Development Center (Academic) Manager, had an insightful conversation on integrating digital systems into academic practices, advancing research and community engagement with the participants where they broke into several groups with an objective to explore how these elements can be effectively combined to enhance university management and foster a positive impact on society.
