Meet and Greet: University of Southern California Marshall and BINUS UNIVERSITY Students
Eight top undergraduate business American students from University of Southern California (USC) Marshall visited BINUS UNIVERSITY for sharing and networking with ten BINUS students, through BINUS TEMAN (Together Experience Multicultural Adventure Now) program last Saturday, June 14, 2014 at BINUS INTERNATIONAL campus, Senayan. This program follows a successful gathering last year.
USC Marshall students are interning at various institutions in Jakarta, such as Top 1, Forbes Indonesia, Rekso, Polytron, Putera Sampoerna Foundation, and Polytron for two months as part of Marshall International Summer Internship Program (MISIP) which provides the students with an in-depth international internship experience with Indonesian organizations led by prominent USC Marshall alumni and friends.
Students from both institutions delivered and exchanged information on their student lives – both academic and personal. USC Marshall students also learned about exciting sites in Jakarta and Indonesia for traveling and got some useful tips on Do’s and Don’ts. The session ended with magic performance from BINUS International student, Josh – The Magic Man. All students were amused and amazed by the magic tricks. The students are encouraged to stay connected so that the sharing can blossom into a meaningful and lasting friendship.
