Jakarta, 21 October – Dr. Rini Setiowati, S.E., M.B.A., our Vice-Rector for Collaboration and Global Engagement, led a sharing session at the Annual Partners Meeting (APM) organized by the USAID Higher Education Partnership Initiative (HEPI). This session provided an exciting opportunity for us to share best practices with other institutions.

Dr. Rini, along with several prominent leaders from various institutions, including Andika Putra Pratama, Ph.D., the Head of International Collaborative Affairs at Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), and Jeffrey Simpson, Ph.D., the Assistant Dean and Director of Global Partnerships at Oklahoma State University, shared the excitement from our community about how the program has become a catalyst for innovation at the university.

Consider the various engagements that our university undertook as part of Core 3, which focuses on the Higher Education Initiative (HEI) Course Exchange and Pathways. Through these efforts, around 2,000 participants, mostly students, had the opportunity to enhance their critical thinking skills and acquire other future-proof skills to meet the demands of the industry!

The APM will continue with the STEM Conference, which will be held until October 23, 2024, at the JW Luwansa Hotel in Jakarta.
