Jakarta, 4 August  — Laselle College of the Arts’ latest visit to our university marked renewed collaboration, part of the university’s commitment to expanding student exchanges and strengthening academic ties.

The partnership will not only provide students from both BINUS University and Lasalle College of the Arts in Singapore with the opportunity to gain valuable cross-cultural insights and hands-on practical experiences in the field of Spatial and Product Design. This will enhance their competitiveness and prepare them for future challenges.

In welcoming the delegation from Lasalle College of the Arts Singapore, led by President Professor Steve Dixon, our Rector, Dr. Nelly, S.Kom., M.M., delivered a warm speech, highlighting the strategic alignment between the two institutions.

Prof. Dixon praised BINUS University’s global reputation and highlighted the mutual benefits of allowing students from both universities to gain cross-cultural insights and practical knowledge. “By enhancing our student exchange programs, we aim to offer students from both institutions unparalleled learning experiences in the fields of Spatial and Product Design,” said Dr. Ang Xin Wei, Head of the School of Spatial and Product Design.

The emphasis on spatial and product design taps into the core strengths of both institutions, ensuring that students gain the practical expertise and cultural insights necessary to thrive and lead in the creative industries.
