BINUS UNIVERSITY Officially Appointed as Host of QS Higher Ed Summit: Asia Pacific 2026

Seoul, 6 November – BINUS University has officially been appointed as the host of the QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) Higher Ed Summit: Asia Pacific 2026, taking over the role from Korea University. The handover ceremony took place during the closing of the 2025 summit in South Korea, marking the beginning of the university’s journey as the next host of this prestigious event.
The symbolic handover was received by Stephen Wahyudi Santoso, President of BINUS Higher Education, and Dr. Nelly, Rector of BINUS University, witnessed by representatives from QS and university leaders from around the world.
The 2026 summit will be held on November 3–5, 2026, in Bali, Indonesia, and is expected to be a significant milestone for Indonesian higher education to showcase its global capacity and potential.

We hope this conference will strengthen inter-university collaboration in the Asia-Pacific and highlight Indonesia’s potential as a global hub for innovation and world-class education,” as expressed by Dr. Nelly.
The conference aims to serve as a strategic platform for leading universities to build academic collaborations and strengthen synergy between education, research, and industry across the Asia-Pacific region.
