Berto Mulia Wibawa, S.Pi., M.M., Ph.D., as the Head of the Department of Business Management, led the delegation from ITS and met with Dr. Asnan Furinto, S.T., M.M., as our Dean of the BBS Master Program, and exchanged ideas on how to enrich the graduate students’ experience. This aligns with the finding of Hussein (2024) where today’s employers seek graduates who not only excel academically but also demonstrate strategic insight, leadership capabilities, and innovative mindset.

In addition, BBS strengthens this profile by providing a global academic foundation enriched through advanced real case studies and first-hand engagement with international partners. Meanwhile, ITS, with its strong technological and interdisciplinary management expertise, enables students to translate knowledge into applied innovation and real impact.
“As the demand for business education continues to grow, collaboration becomes essential to ensure that our programs remain relevant, adaptive, and industry-relevant. By leveraging our strengths, collaboration between our institutions will enhance the quality and relevance of master’s programs in addressing rapid digital transformation and evolving industry needs,” stated Dr. Asnan Furinto, S.T., M.M., Dean of the BBS Master Program.
