Semarang, 28 April — Deepening the relationship between academia and the pharmaceutical industry through the partnership with the Stem Cell and Cancer Research (SCCR) Indonesia in Semarang will help us leverage advancements in talent development and foster breakthrough innovations in the pharmaceutical field.

Through this initiative, we strive to cultivate cross-sector collaboration that accelerates research, fuels innovation, and empowers our academic community to drive inclusive and tech-forward healthcare innovation in Indonesia.

Prof. Dr. dr. Agung Putra, M.Si., Med., Founder and Commissioner of SCCR Indonesia, stated, “Our commitment lies in strengthening the downstream process of pharmaceutical products to advance economic self-sufficiency. This effort includes upskilling SCCR personnel and improving lab operations to ensure higher-quality, community-oriented outcomes.”

In addition, the university is continuously looking for like-minded partners such as SCCR Indonesia to help us pursue our goal to solidify the potential plan to drive technological innovation and contribute proactively to community empowerment, especially in raising awareness about cancer. This aligns with the university’s vision of fostering and empowering society in building the nation.
