Jakarta, 17 February —Strengthening the bridge between academia and industry, BINUS University signed a partnership agreement with PT Panasonic Manufacturing Indonesia (PMI) in 13 February 2025 at our Anggrek Campus. This collaboration is a step forward in our shared mission to promote knowledge exchange and skill-building, driving innovation for the advancement of Industry.

With PMI’s trust—an esteemed multinational company known for its advancements in technology and manufacturing innovation—Prof. Firdaus Alamsjah, Ph.D., Director of BINUS Creates, expressed his eagerness to foster knowledge and skill exchange between the two institutions.

“Thank you for the opportunity to collaborate in building PMI’s human resource capacity. We believe that BINUS University’s excellence in computer science and Artificial Intelligence (AI) will add significant value to PMI’s software development knowledge, complementing PMI’s strong capabilities in hardware creation,” stated Prof. Firdaus.

As part of the partnership, various programs will be introduced, including internships and an industry-focused curriculum, offering students hands-on experience and insights into the practical application of their studies.
