Call for Paper BINUS Youth Ambassador for ASEAN - IndoPacific 2024

We are seeking for youth with strong interest in Sustainable Development Goals to submit 500-1,000 words creative proposal with emphasis on sustainability and innovation!

Theme

“My Contribution in Creating a Sustainable Future and Strengthening ASEAN Community”



Eligibility

  • 18-21 y.o. and currently an active student registered at the University/ Higher Education Institution
  • Residence of ASEAN Countries
  • Demonstrate creativity, collaborative spirit, critical thinking & leadership skills, communicative



Successful Applicants Will Gain

  • A round-trip plane ticket to Denpasar, Bali from the country of origin
  • Accommodation during the stay in Denpasar, Bali
  • Opportunity to present their idea during the Forum
  • Convocated as BINUS Youth Ambassador 2024



Submission & Selection Info

  • Submission of an essay (maximum 1,000 words) and video posted on social media (60-90 seconds) showcasing an idea or experience addressing the theme. Applicant should include the social media link that is open to the public.
  • Application is submitted through the button below.
  • All complete application will be considered based on the creativity, collaborative spirit, and relevance to sustainability issues.
  • One winner from each ASEAN country would be selected to attend the BINUS Indo-Pacific Forum in Bali, August 2024.

Call for Speakers for the Panel Discussions on Sustainable Future

Express your interest to be part of the meeting of greatest minds!

We are inviting you to share your ideas, experiences, and best practices on sustainability issues, and engage the esteemed audience to ignite more contribution and collaboration in the development of sustainable future!



Applicant may choose to speak on one of the following topics:

  • Development for Sustainable Future: Approach, Design, Strategies in the Indo-Pacific;
  • Innovation in Higher Education and Contribution to Sustainability
  • Industry as Driver of Sustainability: Experience and Best Practices



Applicant wishing to give presentation in more than one topic must submit separate abstract for each topic. Please bear in mind that each speaker in the panel will be allocated 10-15 minutes presentation time, followed by a Q&A session.
