Dr. Charles Lau is Associate Professor and Deputy Head of the Department of Supply Chain and Logistics in the School of Accounting, Information Systems and Supply Chain at RMIT University in Australia. He has more than 30 years of working experiences in the private sector, the government, and the academia. His research focuses on supply chain sustainability, index development, and logistics benchmarking, among others, and his works are published in many top-tier academic journals. Charles is committed to community-oriented research and leads the RMIT Sustainable Procurement Disclosure Index project and develops the methodology for compiling the index.
